The National Institute Ranking Framework from the MHRD declared the ranking of institutes throughout the country on a national level. NITW grabbed the 25th position in the ranking for engineering colleges in the country, up from 34th position in the previous year. While the institute lost marks under the scales of Teaching and Learning Resources(TLR), commendable improvements under the factors of Research and Professional Practice(RPC), Graduation Outcomes(GO), Outreach and Inclusivity(OI), Perception(PR) and Overall Ranking were observed compared to previous years.
